The VitalSmarts Trainer Certification process begins on days 3 and 4 of the 4-day certification workshop, following the 2-day public workshop. Here's what you will do during your two days of certification:
Quick Start: Review and identify areas where you need additional understanding.
Content Tailoring: Achieve maximum transference by tailoring the content of crucial skills to your audience. Learn to prepare appropriate personal examples and exercises.
Modeling: Learn to listen and respond to your audience in a way that encourages maximum impact and transference.
Teaching Practice: Practice exceptional training skills by mastering tone, fielding questions, facilitating exercises, honing cuing mechanisms, and establishing a safe environment for participants.
Personal Improvement Plan: Develop a personal action plan with your Master Certified Trainer.
Action Plan: Return to your organization with a plan to market, preview, roll out, and evaluate your crucial training program for your managers and decision makers.
