I am unable to view the HTML format in e-mail; what should I do?
Some people haven’t been able to view the HTML format of our newsletter in their e-mail due to account or system restrictions. You can opt to receive the newsletter in the plain text format by de-selecting the HTML option in your account. To do this, first click here to log into VitalSmarts.com.
