I am unable to view the HTML format in e-mail; what should I do?
Some people haven’t been able to view the HTML format of our newsletter in their e-mail due to account or system restrictions. You can opt to receive the newsletter in the plain text format by de-selecting the HTML option in your account. To do this, first click here to log into VitalSmarts.com. Once you are logged into the Web site, visit your account profile at the following link: https://www.vitalsmarts.com/portal/login.aspx?redirect=/myprofile.aspx

The Web seminars are free of charge—they will only cost you your standard phone rate to participate in the conference call, and you may have multiple people participating on one phone line. Can I reprint information from the newsletter in my company’s publication?
